The service

Challan Setu helps you view challan information retrieved from authorised sources and pay eligible challans through authorised payment channels. Challans are issued and adjudicated by government authorities, not by us.

Your responsibilities

• Add only vehicles you own or are authorised to manage.
• Keep your mobile number and devices secure. Never share your OTP.
• Do not attempt to scan, scrape or misuse the service.

Accuracy

We show the information provided by authorised sources along with the time it was last verified. The issuing authority’s records are final.

Payments

Payments are processed by a regulated gateway. A challan is treated as paid only after the issuing authority confirms settlement. See our refund & payment policy.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud or security risks.
