Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account: mobile number (verified by OTP), and optionally your name, email and language preference.
• Vehicles: registration numbers you add and verification results.
• Challan data retrieved from authorised sources for your verified vehicles.
• Payments: transaction references and statuses. We do not receive card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs.
• Security data: device and sign-in information used to protect your account.

Why we use it

Only to provide challan retrieval, payment, receipts, notifications and support; to keep the service secure; and to meet legal obligations. We record your consent before retrieving challan data, and you can withdraw it in Settings.

Data minimisation

We do not display personal information merely because a source returns it. Owner names are encrypted and shown only in masked form.

Sharing

We share data only with authorised challan sources and payment processors as needed to provide the service, and with authorities where legally required.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account from Settings. We remove your personal profile, vehicle links and notifications; payment and receipt records are retained in de-identified form for the period required by law.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent, as provided by applicable Indian data-protection law. Contact support@example.com.
